  2. Confidence
    Learning self-protection skills boosts your confidence. Training ensures you look and move with confidence, which predators notice. Attackers often target those who appear weak, so projecting confidence through body language reduces your chance of being attacked.
  3. Physical Hand-to-Hand Skills
    Despite our best efforts to stay aware, some situations may be unavoidable. We teach basic gross motor skills to repel attacks and ensure you survive to get home safely and protect your loved ones. These techniques are easy to train, learn, and retain.
  4. Mindset
    We help you shift your mindset from prey to predator, empowering you to do what’s necessary depending on the severity of an attack. While we don’t aim to change your personality, we train you to switch on, confront the attacker, and escape as quickly as possible using reasonable and proportionate force for the situation.
  5. Weapons Defence
    With the increasing use of weapons on the streets, we teach defence techniques against various threats, including:

    • Blunt objects like bats or bottles.
    • Edged weapons like knives or broken glass.
    • Firearms.
      While escape is the priority, these skills could save your life if escape isn’t possible.
  6. Fitness and Stamina
    Our classes provide a full-body workout that helps you sweat, lose weight, gain strength, and learn self-protection skills simultaneously.
  7. Make Good Friends
    Our academies are ego-free zones. People from all backgrounds and ages train together, benefiting individually while also building a supportive group environment. You’ll make great friends, have fun, and learn life-saving skills.
